Screening third-party collectors’ double asymmetric information in a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain

We investigate the third-party collector’s private information in a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain (DCLSC). The manufacturer sells her products through both an e-channel and retail channel delegates collection of waste electrical electronic equipment (WEEE) to collector. collector DCLSC has two types information: i.e ., his effort level ability. develop principal-agent models help design screening contract obtain asymmetric information. results show that (i) can effectively prevent low ability collectors from misrepresenting their information; (ii) although increased awareness environmental protection consumers improves manufacturer’s expected profit, it does not affect retailer’s profit utility; (iii) enhances with number high collectors, whereas utility declines; (iv) could increase total retailer, but transfers part manufacturer.
